Join the heart of Quatt’s Marketing, Sales, and Operations: The Business Operations Software Solutions Team! This team develops and maintains the software that powers key processes at Quatt, including everything from the website's savings check to order payments and strategic planning.

What you will do:

• You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams to understand their needs and offer technical guidance.

• You'll design and implement features across the entire stack, from front-end to back-end.

• You'll work primarily in TypeScript and with self-service automation platforms

• You'll ensure that our applications are scalable, maintainable, and built to last.

• Together with the team brainstorm ideas on how to improve our internal processes and help us grow.

• Do whatever is needed to make our customers happy and turn Quatt into a huge success!

What you’ll bring:

• You want to make a positive impact on the world and fight climate change.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in web development.

• You're familiar with modern front-end frameworks like Next.Js, Tailwind, and React, as well as back-end technologies like Node.js/Typescript.

• You have experience with SQL (MySQL / Postgresql) and NoSQL datastores (like Redis/S3), as well as API development.

• You have experience with IaC tooling and cloud providers.

• You are open to working with managed self-service automation platforms next to coding solutions.

• You know your way around development tools like Git.

• You are not afraid to work independently, make mistakes, learn from them and fix them.

• You are full of energy, eager, and capable to learn and grow.
