Role:                                Solution Architect - Software Developer

Work location:               Fredericton, NB

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements

• Develop frontend components using Angular and React frameworks to create intuitive user interfaces

• Build robust backend services using Node.js and Python to handle data processing and business logic

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions

• Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration

• Utilize Git for version control and manage code repositories effectively

• Leverage GCP services to deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in a cloud environment

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and team members

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Angular, React, Node.js, and Python

• Solid understanding of frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

• Experience with RESTful API design and development

• Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Other Qualifications:

• Certification in relevant technologies or platforms

• Experience with other frontend and backend frameworks such as Vue.js, Express.js, Django, or Flask

• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

• Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns
