Designation : Platform Engineer
Experience : 2-4 years
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
Role & Responsibilities:
- Adaptability for multiple cloud platforms.
- Completion of tickets within SLAs.
- Regularly follow cloud compliance and industry best practices.
- Execute system upgrades and patch-management on various cloud servers and OS-types.
- Maintain and handle different CI and workflow tools.
- Respond to technical queries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- In depth knowledge and hands on experience of Cloud Service providers (AWS,GCP and Azure).
- Good knowledge on Linux/shell-Scripting
- Good knowledge on CI tools like Gitlab, Github.
- Good knowledge on workflow tools like Jira-software/Jira-Service-Management/Asana.
- Good knowledge on Agile/Scrum/DevOps software development methodologies.
- Effective communication skills to deal with various stakeholders for closing CloudOps tickets.
