Responsibilities
- Planning and managing the testing activities for the new Anti-Financial Crime (Netreveal) system, including the development of the overall test plan
- Coordinating testing activities across all teams and business areas involved in the Anti-Financial Crime processes
- Identifying, assessing and continuously monitoring testing risks
- Planning the required testing resources
- Defining the test schedule and appropriate test types
- Planning and coordinating the required test environments
- Coordinating both manual and automated testing activities
- Preparing test status reports and other testing-related documentation
- Monitoring and overseeing the management and resolution of defects identified during testing
Requirements
- Several years of Test Management experience within the banking sector
- At least 5 years of experience as a Test Manager
- Experience in developing and executing test strategies for integrated banking systems
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of software development methodologies
- Experience with Jira and test management tools
- Willingness to work from the office; after the onboarding period, 2 days of home office per week are currently possible
Nice to have
- Experience in Anti-Financial Crime, e.g. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or sanctions screening
- Experience working in a financial institution
- Experience in an Agile environment
- ISTQB certification
- Experience with Jira Xray
