- Acting as a trusted advisor and leader, collaborating with process experts to design a vision and system architecture to streamline and systemize the companies most critical business processes.

- Possess broad and deep technical knowledge, as well as listening, communication, and presentation skills.
- Identify the optimal solution for a business requirement and recommend using clicks, code, or a combination of both.
- Design the data model for Salesforce implementations to work in the holistic system landscape.
- Design technical solutions for identity and access, data and process integrations, and large data volumes and data privacy needs.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce product capabilities and think quickly to address stakeholder needs.
- Design systems that are sustainable, maintainable, and scalable for future business growth.
- 10+ years experience as either an administrator or developer in the Salesforce.com platform, with significant experience in Salesforce architecture and design, and a broad and deep technical knowledge of Salesforce products and integrations.
- Proven experience configuring and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, process experts, and technical teams.
- Experience in managing and leading teams, including developers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to think strategically and plan for the future.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Architect, are highly desirable.
