Job Summary:

The Director, AI Transformation will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering value to our healthcare clients. This individual will be responsible for overseeing client engagements, ensuring successful project execution, developing product requirements, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Director, AI Transformation will be the primary point of contact for 2-3 key clients, attending all meetings, and coordinating action items between clients and internal teams. Additionally, this person will support the implementation team during the launch phase to maximize client experience and will facilitate the data integration process, understanding various client data environments and internal engineering team requirements to successfully deliver the product.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Qualified Health and assigned clients.
  • Develop and manage against Partnership Plan including articulation of business goals, KPI definition and project plans.
  • Lead all client meetings, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment on project goals.
  • Coordinate and execute action items, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Perform thorough workflow analysis, identification of critical areas for value creation, and provide additional requirements to product teams as necessary.
  • Identify new use cases and create business and product requirements that provide incremental value to the client.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement creative solutions to deliver client value.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve client engagement processes.
  • Facilitate the data integration process in collaboration with engineering, understanding various client data environments and internal engineering team requirements to successfully deliver the product.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and engineering, to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Required Experience:
    • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in consulting, client engagement, and/or product management.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering complex projects.

Ideal Experience

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in customer success, client engagement, account management, and/or product management  within the healthcare provider industry.
  • Experience with data integration processes and understanding of various client data environments.
  • Experience working with AI technologies or healthcare IT solutions is highly desirable.

Travel Requirements

This role requires significant travel to healthcare client sites, often for extended engagements. Candidates should be prepared for 20-30% travel, depending on active projects.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this role is between $165,000 and $200,000, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
