We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Software Commercialization Lead to drive software feature commercialization across Qualcomm's portfolio of SoC solutions spanning Mobile, XR, AR/VR, IoT, Automotive, IVI, MBB, and Appliance markets.
In this role, you will lead software integration, feature enablement, release readiness, and cross-functional program execution to ensure high-quality software deliveries that meet aggressive schedules and business objectives. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in embedded systems and software integration with strong program management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive software feature planning, integration, validation, and commercialization aligned with product release schedules.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful feature enablement and timely software deliveries.
Lead software release execution while ensuring adherence to process compliance, quality standards, and release management practices.
Drive issue triage, debug efforts, and technical reviews to resolve runtime, build, and system integration issues.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and program stakeholders to identify risks, drive alignment, and execute mitigation plans.
Manage software integration workflows, configuration management, and release processes across multiple product lines.
Track program milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.
Optimize development and validation workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and predictability of software releases.
Facilitate effective communication among technical and business stakeholders across geographically distributed teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in embedded software development, system software integration, or software commercialization.
Strong understanding of software integration, release management, and configuration management processes.
Experience with real-time embedded systems, operating systems, and system software development.
Strong C programming, debugging, and scripting skills.
Experience with multitasking, multithreading, and operating system concepts.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex runtime, build, and integration issues.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
Excellent program management, planning, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive execution without direct authority.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• 3+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
