Job Description – Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Design, develop, and support scalable cloud-based software solutions that power analytics, automation, and AI-driven products.

As part of a high-performing engineering team, you will build and operate large-scale production systems while contributing to the next generation of cloud infrastructure, data services, and intelligent applications.

This role has a strong focus on modern AI-based development practices and the implementation of AI-powered product capabilities leveraging LLMs, agents, and intelligent automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native backend services and platform components

• Build scalable, reliable, and highly available production systems

• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews

• Develop and optimize APIs, microservices, and distributed system components

• Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and scalability issues in production environments

• Collaborate with product management, QA, DevOps, and partner engineering teams to deliver new capabilities

• Contribute to release planning, deployment activities, and operational excellence

AI / Agentic Focus

• Develop AI-powered product features and services

• Build and integrate solutions leveraging LLMs, agents, and intelligent workflows

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering efficiency and software quality

• Contribute to the design and implementation of next-generation AI and agentic platform capabilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with a proven track record delivering large-scale production systems

• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Go, or similar backend technologies

• Experience building and operating cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, scalability, and reliability engineering

• Experience developing scalable backend services, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems supporting large-scale production environments

• Hands-on experience developing production-quality software using modern engineering practices, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and observability

• Experience with AI-powered applications, LLM technologies, or agent-based solutions

• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and execution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, globally distributed engineering environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

• 3+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
