As a Qualcomm Systems Engineer, you will research, design, develop, simulate, and/or validate systems-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions that enables the development of cutting-edge technology. Qualcomm Systems Engineers collaborate across functional teams to meet and exceed system-level requirements and standards.

Responsibilities: The job responsibilities may include: 

• Designing and maintaining algorithms/features in camera ISP 
• Analyzing & debugging performance issues and identify scopes of optimization.
• Architecture analysis for performance optimization 
• Defining architecture and use-case flows, impact on system performance 
• Working with team, develop state of the art algorithms/features, end-to-end ownership of modules.

Minimum qualifications: 

• Bachelors + 7yrs relevant experience, Master's + 5yrs relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and/or closely related field 
• Candidates with strong analytic and problem solving skills with background and experience in implementation are preferred. 
• Strong understanding of Camera Architecture and operations 
• Strong understanding of Signal Processing, Image Processing, Computer Vision and ML/DL
• Strong systems mindset to understand and analyze power & performance aspects of the design. 
• Background in performance modeling/verification, experience with debugging system performance issues

Minimum Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
