General Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:  

o  Work on Fuse and Security IP during the whole project phase

§  From Pre-Silicon to High Volume Manufacturing phase

o  Support High Volume Manufacturing requirements.

o  Triage and debug failures on Silicon. 

o  Support Test issues, Failure mode analysis and yield issues analysis related to Fuse IP. 

o  Develop test contents and testing strategies to assist on Fuse bring up on silicon.

o  Work with other Product Development Test Engineers to solve manufacturing challenges involving Fuse/Security IP

o  Work with cross functional team to suggest, enhance, and/or improve future Fuse/Security IP bring ups.

·  Minimum Requirements: 

o  BA/BS degree in CS/EE with 5+ years’ experience.

o  5+ Experience in Silicon Validation and bring up. 

o  Knowledgeable on ATE Platform like Advantest 93K, Teradyne UltraFlex

o  Experience with software programming/test method development in Java, C++

·  Preferred Requirements: 

o  Strong understanding of Java programming.

o  Strong understanding of Fuse Sense and Programming, and Cryptography concepts in Silicon.

o  Strong in root cause analysis fundamentals and attention to details

o  Experience in Digital Testing and design verification.

o  Experience in Test development for validation of Fuse on Silicon.

o  Experience in development of test vectors for tester bring up.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
