As a Qualcomm Radio Interface Design Engineer, you will work on R&D related to radio interface design for 5G, 6G and beyond, including the following topics: 

• Design of PHY techniques for non-terrestrial networks, broadcast, IOT, etc
• L2/network techniques, including ad-hoc networks, relaying, etc.

Programming Languages:  

• C++
• Matlab

Minimum Qualifications: 

• In study towards a master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science or related field.
• Academic and/or project experience in signal processing, information theory, network theory, communication theory.
• Must be available for 10 – 16 weeks during Summer 2024 (May-September) with a graduation date of December 2024 or later. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of cellular standards (e.g. 3GPP)
