General Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager with strong expertise in people analytics to join our engineering operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, engaging with senior leaders, and applying your technical operations expertise to enhance our data analytics processes, delivery, and support broader analytics initiatives. You will play a crucial role in driving strategic decisions and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and administration of BI tools/dashboards. Transform raw data into meaningful insights by building interactive and user-friendly dashboards and reports: perform a wide range of tasks such as reporting, building dashboards, building data models, analyzing datasets, and administration of content

  • Weekly/ Regular tracking & reporting of Site KPIs, operational highlights, and plans program stakeholders

  • Leverages data-oriented and analytical mindset to identify cross-functional business needs, translate business requirements into analytics, and turn complex data analytics into actionable business insights both verbally and in writing.

  • Communicates and collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior management develop KPIs based on business needs or new capabilities, and drive improvement opportunities.

  • Documents organization processes, identify gaps or opportunities for improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions, and evaluate the efficiency of changes of existing processes

  • Develops, defines, and executes plans of record, including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks.

  • Monitors and drives the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders across functions on technical matters, as needed. * Monitors budget/spending, on-time delivery, and achievement of program milestones. Represents the program and drives alignment across stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  •  2+ years of Project Management or related work experience  

  • 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (Director level and above.)

  • Development and administration of Business Intelligence dashboards

  • Cross-functional communications and collaborations with key stakeholders and senior mgt. 

  • Bachelor of Science and 2+ years of experience in a related field with similar duties
