General Summary:

Job Description:
- Proficient in ISP architecture and principles, including the functional interdependencies between modules and image quality (IQ) tuning methodologies.
- Responsible for the image quality tuning and optimization of cameras and other image sensors, including 3A (Auto Exposure, Auto Focus, Auto White Balance), color reproduction, HDR/WDR, low-light performance, sharpness, and noise reduction.
- Define IQ benchmarking metrics and manage the documentation of imaging specifications and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Image quality (IQ) tuning for customer camera products and analysis of imaging-related issues.
- Conduct IQ experiments and validation tests for imaging components and systems.
- Perform 3A (AE/AF/AWB) and ISP pipeline tuning based on sensor and lens specifications.
- Experienced in the selection and matching of image sensors and optical lenses.

Qualifications:
- BS/MS in CS/EE or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience, with 6+ years being highly preferred.
- Experience in image tuning or image quality optimization.
- Skilled in using professional IQ analysis and tuning software, such as Imatest.
- Proficient in the application and debugging of common communication interfaces, including I2C, UART, and SPI.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Good communication in both Chinese and English.
- Experience in IQ tuning for security and surveillance cameras is highly preferred.
- Familiar with optical system principles (lenses, IR filters, etc.) and experienced in sensor-lens selection and matching.
- Deep understanding of CCD/CMOS image sensor specifications and experience in sensor driver development.

Need Travel：Yes, Travel Frequency: Approximately 4 times per year. Destinations: US, India or China.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.

• 2+ years of experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
• 1+ year of experience with debugging techniques.
