Job Description

Are you passionate about building and managing cloud infrastructure that empowers teams around the globe? At Quadient, we’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure Services Administrator to join our distributed team and help us architect, secure, and scale our Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.

This is not your typical infrastructure job. You’ll sit at the heart of a small but mighty global team, overseeing critical platforms like Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, DNS, and more. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our governance frameworks, lead cloud migration projects, and act as a trusted advisor across departments.

• Administer and evolve our hybrid identity infrastructure (Active Directory + Azure AD/Entra ID).

• Manage Microsoft 365/Exchange Online messaging services across the enterprise.

• Oversee DNS infrastructure and domain management globally.

• Maintain and govern Azure cloud environments, including subscriptions, routing, and security policies.

• Support key infrastructure projects: cloud migrations, acquisitions, application publishing.

• Collaborate across departments as a Level 3 escalation point and infrastructure expert.

• Implement and monitor secure email gateways, TLS certificates, and encryption protocols.

• Work on projects like Azure Front Door, traffic managers, load balancers, and more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure.

• Deep technical knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Active Directory.

• Proven experience with DNS, TLS certificates, and identity lifecycle management.

• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, MS Graph API).

• Experience designing and implementing cloud governance frameworks.

• Ability to explain complex infrastructure solutions clearly and concisely.

• Comfortable working fully remotely within a global, distributed team.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to lead initiatives and work cross-functionally.
