The Mobile engineering team at Qonto currently has over 100 highly skilled engineers, from all over the world, working closely in cross-functional teams to shape our finance solutions. As they help craft the best polished mobile user experiences, each Mobile developer is empowered to challenge and influence the direction of the features they are working on.

๐ก Build innovative new features in a fast-paced environment by working on critical high-quality features (both architecture and UI) for our end users with cutting-edge technologies. Maintain a high level of code quality and UI/unit tests across our app and maintain
our strong engineering culture.
๐ Help scale our robust mobile codebase and solve complex problems by participating in ongoing initiatives (app modularization, migration to compose, build time reduction, and many more)
๐ Learn and grow by getting continuous feedback to improve your skills (both technical and on your ways of working) and opportunities (management is not the only way to go up in the ladder, we also have a full career path dedicated to technical expertise)

- Our app is 100% written in Swift and based on MVP and Coordinators architecture. Our CI comprises Gitlab, Firebase (distribution, Test Lab), Bitrise, and Sonar.
- A high focus on tech quality is done :
- Using Clean Code / SOLID principles
- Investing effort on tests: 10000+ units tests, 700 UITests, Snapshot tests
- Following a component approach, using our design system.

Your Lead will be
Julien, the Lead iOS for the Accounts Receivable team within the cross-functional team.
His path?
Julien has been a vital part of Qonto for over three years. Before Qonto, he spent six years at Xebia, a consultancy firm now part of Publicis. During his tenure, he contributed to high-profile projects such as Pages Jaunes, Dailymotion, Meetic, Air France's DGBirds, and the revamped McDonald's France app. Additionally, Julien is a co-organizer of the FrenchKit conference, reflecting his deep engagement with the iOS community.
What does he bring to the team?
Together with the other Mobile leads and heads (
Guillaume,
Thomas,
Lorenzo,
Adrien), Julien continuously improves the teamโs operating system to reduce waste, reach top quality in our product, and grow team members towards proficiency. His passion for Apple products fuels his commitment to innovation and excellence. Beyond his professional life, Julien is an avid learner of Japanese and enjoys hiking and video games. His dynamic personality and dedication to cultural exchange enrich Qonto's community spirit.

About You
- You are comfortable with English
- You are looking for your end-of-study internship in Paris
- You are product-minded: You are committed to building a great experience for our users
- You have some experience coding in Swift or building native iOS applications (from a school or a personal project, a previous internship, etc)
- Understanding the principles of why and how to test code is a plus.
- You are curious, open-minded, and eager to learn
(Please note that you will need a Mac with Xcode installed, as our technical exercise will require you to code in Swift)
