Join us as an FP&A Intern to enhance and streamline our financial reporting processes at Qonto. You'll tackle the challenge of developing ad-hoc analyses and improving our reporting frameworks, directly impacting our strategic financial decisions.

• Collaborate closely with our finance team to produce reliable and accurate financial reports.

• Update, improve, and boost existing reporting systems to enhance financial transparency and insight.

• Engage in ad-hoc financial analyses that support strategic decisions, working across multiple departments.

• Receive comprehensive training to ensure full proficiency in our reporting methodologies.

• Actively participate in team reorganizations and contribute innovative solutions to enhance team performance.

• Market/Team Context: You will join a team of three enthusiastic finance professionals under the guidance of Quentin, our experienced FP&A Manager. As we expand this team to four, your role will be crucial in scaling our financial operations.

Quentin graduated from EDHEC Business School and has built a solid career in finance and transaction services. Before joining Qonto, he spent over five years at PwC France, where he progressed from Analyst to Manager in Transaction Services, specializing in financial due diligence for investment funds and corporate clients. His experience spans various sectors, including SaaS, services, and retail. Quentin has also held roles at Amazon and EY, where he developed strong analytical and auditing skills.

As the FP&A Manager at Qonto, Quentin brings extensive experience in financial analysis, transaction services, and team supervision. He excels in evaluating business performance, managing financial due diligence, and supporting strategic financial decisions. Quentin's meticulous approach to financial management and his ability to lead teams effectively make him a vital part of Qonto's finance department. His commitment to excellence and continuous improvement ensures that the team is well-equipped to meet its financial goals and drive Qonto's success.

- Experience: You are currently studying or have recently studied finance, economics, or a related field.

- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required. Experience in creating detailed financial reports is highly desired.

- Attributes: Detail-oriented, curious, rigorous, and possessing a strong team spirit.

- Education: You are pursuing or have completed a degree in Finance or a related field, demonstrating strong analytical capabilities.

- Language: Proficiency in English is necessary for this role.
