The Data Analyst, Digital Programs Role

Are you passionate about uncovering insights that make a difference? As a Data Analyst on Qlik’s Digital Programs team, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how users interact with our digital support ecosystem. You’ll use your expertise to analyze diverse datasets, predict trends, and guide improvements across critical support channels like Chatbots, Live Chat, and Search. Your work will ensure every digital touchpoint is intuitive, efficient, and impactful, helping users succeed with confidence.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

In this role, you’ll:

• Drive meaningful change by identifying trends and opportunities in large, complex datasets.
• Enhance digital support tools to make them more intuitive and efficient for users.
• Create actionable strategies that improve user journeys and elevate satisfaction.
• Deliver clear, compelling data stories that inspire decision-making and innovation.
• Push boundaries by leveraging predictive analytics to forecast trends and recommend proactive solutions.

Your contributions will directly shape how customers experience Qlik’s digital environment, ensuring they feel empowered and supported every step of the way.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

• Technical expertise in SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools like Qlik Sense or Tableau; ideally with cloud data architecture experience.
• Statistical & ML Techniques: Experience applying regression analysis, clustering, classification, time-series forecasting, and other machine learning methods to drive actionable insights. 
• Analytical skills to explore data, set KPI’s, test hypotheses, and make strategic recommendations.
• Experience with digital channels, such as Chatbots, Live Chat, and Search, and their performance metrics.
• Strong communication abilities to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
• A collaborative, Iterative, Experimental Mindset: Embrace a culture of data discovery, iterating quickly, testing hypotheses, and being willing to fail in pursuit of breakthrough insights. Continuously refine models, metrics, and dashboards to stay aligned with evolving business objectives and user needs.
