About the opportunity

In this role, you join QIAGEN’s Global Business Analytics team and drive digital transformation across the organization. You work hands-on with data, systems and stakeholders to build automated solutions, improve analytical capabilities and enable data‑driven decision‑making. You contribute directly to creating and optimizing BW models, ETLs, dashboards and advanced analytics while ensuring high standards of data quality and governance.

Your tasks include

• Managing automation projects end-to-end - from collecting business requirements, coordinating stakeholders, conducting data analysis to delivering advanced, scalable solutions.
• Creating, maintaining and optimizing dashboards to provide clear and actionable insights.
• Designing, developing and maintaining ETL processes to ensure reliable data flows.
• Monitoring system processes, chains, jobs and logs to maintain optimal system performance.
• Managing user roles, permissions and authorizations in line with data governance standards.
• Supporting Month-End Closing activities with timely and accurate data preparation.

Your profile

• A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar data‑focused position.
• Experience with ETL development and scripting for data integration and automation.
• Knowledge of Qlik Sense and/or SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI is an advantage.
• SQL experience would be a plus.
• Very good command of English; German is an asset.
• Strong communication skills combined with a customer‑oriented mindset.
