🏢 What you’ll be building

IFUcare is a SaaS platform that delivers electronic Instructions for Use (eIFU) for medical devices — a regulated, high-stakes domain where what you ship genuinely matters. The platform runs on AWS, serves customers across multiple countries, and is actively evolving.

You’ll own the entire React frontend across multiple applications — a greenfield public-facing app built on Next.js 15 and Tailwind, and a battle-tested admin app that keeps the business running. You’ll work alongside a backend developer and collaborate with a DevOps team and external customer teams.

• React 18+ / Next.js 15

Backend (working knowledge):

• Java 21 / Spring Boot 3

• MySQL (Amazon Aurora)

• REST / OpenAPI 3.0

• JWT / OAuth2 / SSO

• Docker, Jenkins, AWS

💪 What you bring

• 6–7+ years of fullstack or frontend-heavy experience, ideally in a SaaS product

• Your React experience: it is your primary tool — you know it deeply, not just casually

• Comfortable owning a codebase solo and making architectural decisions

• You actively use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor…) and it has genuinely changed how you work

• Strong English — this is mainly a remote role and async communication is everything. however we would like to meet our local team on regular basis at one of our QbD offices in Belgium, Netherlands, Spain or Poland

• You don’t panic when you inherit legacy code; you figure it out

Experience in regulated industries or with EU MDR / eIFU is a genuine bonus, but absolutely not required. We have regulatory experts in-house who will support you on the compliance side.
