DevOps Engineer

At Q-Tech, we are looking for a Senior/Staff DevOps Engineer to join an innovative tech company that is building cutting-edge solutions for a high-demand industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-scale environments and is eager to take full ownership of infrastructure design and automation

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable, high-performance infrastructure that processes millions of data points in real-time
• Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and optimize system reliability
• Automate cloud and on-premise infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and containerized environments
• Work closely with software and data engineering teams to enhance performance and scalability
• Ensure high availability and security, implementing best practices for monitoring, logging, and incident response
• Have full autonomy to propose and execute solutions, with no unnecessary bureaucracy slowing you down

Tech Stack:

• Cloud: AWS & Azure
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Containers & Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker
• Scripting & Automation: Python, Bash
• Big Data & Event-Driven Architectures (highly valued): Apache Iceberg, Hadoop

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Proven experience building and managing high-performance, real-time architectures
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and automation pipelines
• Previous experience in high-scale environments where reliability and performance are key
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and drive technical solutions without micromanagement
• Previous exposure to Big Data pipelines is a big plus
