As a Tax Innovation Delivery Experience - Project Management Senior Associate, you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will optimize project portfolios to drive strategic business outcomes. You will oversee project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery. By using a broad range of tools and methodologies, you will generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Coordinating and managing multiple projects to achieve successful delivery within budget and timeline
- Utilizing Agile Methodology and Scrum Project Management to enhance project execution and team collaboration
- Developing and maintaining project documentation and governance frameworks to support project objectives
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Implementing project management software to track progress and manage resources efficiently
- Conducting risk identification and maintaining a risk register to mitigate potential project challenges
- Overseeing project budgeting and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes
- Facilitating process mapping and standardization to improve project delivery and efficiency
- Supporting the development of project management office (PMO) structures to enhance project oversight and control
- Leveraging analytical thinking and business process improvement techniques to drive strategic business outcomes
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
