The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will engage in a migration project, preparing business cases and translating project requirements. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your business analysis skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, maintaining clear communication and understanding. This position provides a unique opportunity to enhance your analytical capabilities and contribute to impactful projects in the HR and Finance domains.

Responsibilities

- Engage in migration projects and prepare business cases

- Translate project requirements for clear communication

- Conduct gap analysis between legacy systems and new platforms

- Document requirements and maintain clarity for stakeholders

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to bridge gaps

- Understand data governance and compliance regulations

- Enhance analytical capabilities through project involvement

- Foster clear communication to facilitate project success

What You Must Have

- University studies in Business, Information Systems, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or related field. 

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience using SQL in enterprise databases (mandatory). 

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience using Python for data analysis (mandatory). 

- Experience working with relational databases and cloud data warehouses. 

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

Candidates must demonstrate practical experience with: 

SQL tools such as: 

  • Snowflake 

  • SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) 

  • Azure Synapse 

  • Databricks 

  • PostgreSQL 

  • Amazon Redshift 

  • Google BigQuery 

Python development environments such as: 

  • Jupyter Notebook / JupyterLab 

  • VS Code 

  • PyCharm 

  • Anaconda environments 

Python libraries such as: 

  • Pandas 

  • NumPy 

  • Matplotlib / Seaborn (basic visualization) 

What Sets You Apart

- Hands-on experience with administrative systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle EBS). 

- Experience working in cloud data platforms (Snowflake strongly preferred). 

- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and ETL processes. 

- Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to interface between business and technical teams. 

- SQL Certification 

- Power BI or Tableau certification
