What you will do and learn:

  • You help our clients in the execution of their data and analytics. Act as a key contributor to collect, clean, transform and analyze data for efficient decision making to meet business expectations. Support in the data analytics tool selection process (RfX, etc.)

  • Report and visualize key insights from performed analysis to be shared with key stakeholders (e.g: via PowerBI, Tableau, slides, etc.)

  • Working closely with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely

  • Identify and proactively propose actionable improvements improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise

  • Follow risk management and compliance procedures

  • Design and implement automation solutions end-to-end to streamline data processing, reporting and operational workflows, contributing to efficiency and standardization

  • Share and collaborate effectively with others

  • Take on leadership responsibilities by coordinating and guiding small teams or junior colleagues on defined work packages

  • Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner – verbally and in the materials you produce

  • Build and maintain an internal and external network

  • Use creative problem-solving methods and work in an international, multidisciplinary team

  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct

  • Seek opportunities to learn about how PwC works as a global network of firms

Who you are

  • A relevant university degree in IT (management) or IT technology-related programmes or Business Administration/Management, Economics, Computer and Information Science, or any other relevant university degree that showcases your capabilities

  • You have a strong interest in data analytics, IT tools and the opportunities they offer as well as a good understanding of how to leverage them

  • You have a strong ability to leverage and turn your key findings into clear and outstanding presentations

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or business analysis

  • Proven hands-on experience developing and deploying reports, dashboards, and metrics

  • The ability to express yourself fluently in English and Dutch and/or French

  • Strong Analytical skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent time management skills under tight deadlines

  • The ability to work autonomously on assigned tasks and as part of a team

  • Keep upskilling yourself via training and on the job learning and actively share knowledge with junior collegues

Moreover, you have an interest, and/or initial experience in several of the following:

  • PowerBI and Tableau knowledge

  • Knowledge of Alteryx, PowerApps and Power Automate is a plus

  • SQL / Python knowledge is a plus

  • Project management & Microsoft certification is a plus (e.g. Prince II, PMI, Agile/Scrum, Azure AI, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, etc.)

  • Interest in new technologies like generative AI
