As a Product UX Designer - Senior Associate, you will focus on creating and enhancing the overall experience users have when interacting with a product, system, or service. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will leverage a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Designing user experiences that enhance client satisfaction and engagement
- Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Developing user personas and journey maps to guide design strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate user-centered design principles
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Creating and iterating on user interface prototypes to improve usability
- Applying human-computer interaction principles to optimize product interactions
- Leveraging emerging technologies to innovate and improve user experience
- Analyzing industry trends to inform design development and strategy
- Embracing change and adapting design approaches to evolving client needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
