Job Description & Summary: Experienced front-end engineer with 4–6 years of hands-on expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, A/B testing. Strong optimization and experimentation background with practical experience in Adobe Target, AJO and cross-product integrations across Adobe Analytics, AAM, AEP, and CJA supported by solid web analytics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced A/B testing strategies and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target, ensuring optimal user experiences across web-based applications. • Integrate and configure cross-platform Adobe solutions including Adobe Analytics, AAM, AEP, and CJA to create comprehensive customer journey optimization workflows. • Execute front-end development tasks using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to build and customize experimentation components and optimize website performance. • Manage and optimize tag management implementations through Adobe Launch, ensuring accurate data collection and seamless integration across all digital touchpoints. • Conduct network diagnostics and utilize analytics tools to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze performance metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international partners to deliver scalable experimentation solutions and support global business objectives. • Build automated tools and self-service capabilities to streamline experimentation processes and enhance team productivity in optimization initiatives. • Analyze web analytics data and experimentation results to provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of digital experiences.

Education qualification: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 5 years equivalent practical experience.
