Responsibilities:
Integration Design & Development:
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end integration solutions and iFlows within the SAP CPI Web UI.
Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate integration requirements into technical specifications.
Configuration:
Configure and manage various adapters (SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, SFTP, JMS, etc.) to facilitate connectivity between different systems.
Data Transformation:
Handle complex message transformations using graphical mapping, Groovy, and JavaScript scripting.
Troubleshooting:
Monitor integration processes, perform root cause analysis for issues, and develop solutions to resolve them.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive technical and functional design documents for integration solutions.
Security & Best Practices:
Implement secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Basic, Certificates, SAML) and apply best practices for secure, scalable, and efficient integration architecture.
Testing & Support:
Perform unit testing, support integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide ongoing support for existing integrations.
Required Skills & Expertise
SAP CPI (Integration Suite):
Advanced proficiency and hands-on experience in designing and developing iFlows.
Adapters:
Expertise in configuring various standard and custom adapters.
Scripting:
Proficiency in Groovy and JavaScript for message mapping and transformations.
Protocols:
Experience with integration protocols such as HTTP, REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, SFTP, and JMS.
Security:
Knowledge of setting up and managing secure integration scenarios and authentication.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to perform root cause analysis and resolve integration issues.
Communication:
Excellent written and oral communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
Project Experience:
Experience in implementing and supporting integration solutions for at least two full project life cycles.
