Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Visualization & Dashboarding Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of business intelligence solutions using Power BI and MS Excel. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into impactful dashboards and actionable insights.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of executive, operational, and client-facing dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
Manage a team of analysts/developers and ensure timely delivery of reporting solutions.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting frameworks.
Design interactive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and management reports.
Implement data visualization best practices to improve business decision-making.
Drive automation of manual reporting processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reports and dashboards.
Perform data analysis and generate insights to support strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with data engineering and business teams for data integration and reporting enhancements.
Monitor dashboard performance and optimize report usability and scalability.
Conduct stakeholder presentations and provide recommendations based on business trends and analytics.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Report Development).
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, Power Query, VBA/macros preferred).
Experience in dashboard development, KPI reporting, and business intelligence.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and storytelling with data.
Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
Certifications in Power BI, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence preferred.
Experience managing teams and delivering enterprise-level reporting solutions.
Leadership Expectations
Lead and mentor a team of analysts/developers.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in reporting practices.
Ensure adherence to reporting standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
Influence business decisions through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
