Job Description & Summary

The UI/UX Manager leads the design vision and user experience strategy across digital products. This role ensures all solutions are user‑centered, visually consistent, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive UX strategy, design standards, and best practices.
• Oversee user research, usability testing, and design improvements.
• Review and approve wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Lead and mentor UI/UX design team.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of UI/UX experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy and interface design.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
