(Senior) Copilot and AI Engineer / Consultant Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power Platform
At PwC, we build AI solutions that are productive, secure, scalable and governed. In this role, you will take functional and technical ownership of Copilot and AI solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem—from ideation to stable operations.
Your responsibilities
Shape, assess and implement AI and Copilot use cases in the Microsoft environment
Design, implement and operate Copilot and AI solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure AI
Build and evolve Copilot agents including tool and data integrations (APIs, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, external systems)
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable AI architectures with clear separation of model, context and tools
Automate processes with Power Automate in conjunction with Copilot capabilities
Integrate generative AI in line with security, DLP and governance requirements
Evaluate data access, permissions and operating models for productive AI systems
Test, optimize and monitor AI solutions in production
Advise internal and external stakeholders on architecture, integration and operations in the Copilot and AI context
Run structured workshops to assess AI potentials, risks and implementation options
Contribute to internal standards and best practices for Copilot and AI solutions
Present solutions and results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Your profile
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or a comparable technical field
Several years of hands-on experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Power Platform and Microsoft 365
Strong experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Dataverse; experience with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI or similar generative AI services
Deep understanding of enterprise Security, Governance and DLP concepts
Understanding of modern AI architectures, e.g., agent-based systems, context management and standardized context interfaces (e.g., MCP)
Optional programming skills in C#, Python or similar languages
Structured, analytical working style, high technical autonomy, and strong communication and presentation skills
Languages: Excellent English skills required; German is a plus (optional)
