Job Description & Summary

The Manager is accountable for leading platform strategy, driving delivery excellence, and ensuring alignment with business goals while promoting best practices across all projects.

• Lead end-to-end  implementation and enhancement projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Manage and mentor a team of  developers and administrators, ensuring skills development and career growth.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of custom applications and modules on the  platform.
• Configure and implement workflows, forms, business rules, and client/server scripts using JavaScript.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with governance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive integration of  with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.
• Plan and manage  upgrade and enhancement cycles.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, risks, and delivery challenges.

• 7-10 years of working experience in  development and implementation.
• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing  projects and teams.
•  Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.
•  Certified Application Developer (CAD) – required.
•  ITSM Certification – preferred.
• Experience managing multiple  projects simultaneously.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
• Proficient in JavaScript for client-side and server-side scripting within the  platform.
• Skilled in building custom applications and workflows across modules.
• Deep understanding of REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experienced in Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading delivery in an iterative environment.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, XML, SOAP, REST.
• Skilled in using the  App Developer tooling.

• In-depth knowledge of  ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Experience with Service Catalog, CMDB, and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code development on  App Engine.
• Exposure to  Flow Designer.
• Understanding of Performance Analytics and IntegrationHub.
