Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

Provide hands-on support for repeatable Adobe and website operations, while helping Project Lead to shape those activities into simple, usable services. The role would focus on structured delivery: page support, metadata and hygiene, QA, content remediation, card build, and service documentation.

Focus Areas:

-Adobe Experience Cloud support

-Campaign execution

-Asset management

-DTX & DPE project support

-Territory onboarding

Key responsibilities

-Support Adobe website operations: page updates, publishing prep, metadata, links, assets, template checks

-Run QA and release checks; log and track defects

-Support content remediation: inventories, mapping, clean-up, readiness checks

-Build cards and structured content to agreed templates

-Maintain trackers, intake logs, checklists, and service docs

-Help turn repeat requests into standard services

-Escalate complex issues early

Core skills:

-Adobe / web CMS working knowledge

-Page editing, publishing, metadata, and asset handling

-QA, defect logging, and release checks

-Strong attention to detail – quick learner

-Good organization and documentation discipline

-Clear communication and sound escalation judgement

-Basic Excel and reporting skills

Job Qualifications:

Extensive experience with Salesforce platform and integration technologies, including MuleSoft.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, or JavaScript.

Strong understanding of API development and integration tools, with hands-on experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and tools.

Knowledge of data management and security best practices.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer) are highly desirable.

MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer) are highly desirable.
