Product Designer – Senior Associate 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. 

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. 

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. 

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience. 

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. 

• A strong portfolio of design projects. 

• Excellent visual design skills with a sensitivity to user-system interaction. 

• Experience using AI‑assisted design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Adobe Firefly) to accelerate prototyping, improve user research, and create intelligent design iterations. 

• Demonstrable experience in emerging Generative AI technologies for design is a plus, especially where they support design systems, prototyping, or automation. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience working in an agile development process. 

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. 

• Experience with user research and usability testing.
