Those in security architecture at PwC will focus on designing and implementing robust security frameworks to protect organisations from cyber threats. You will develop strategies and solutions to safeguard sensitive data and enable the integrity of systems and networks.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field

At least 5

–7 years of experience in relevant network and security infrastructure domains

Oral and written proficiency in English

Preferred Skills

Palo Alto Technologies: NGFWs, Panorama, Prisma Access, PA SD-WAN, GlobalProtect SD-WAN: Silverpeak, Palo Alto SD-WAN, and other vendor platforms Cisco Routing & Switching: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, Nexus Switching, ISR/ASR routers LAN/WAN Design, DMVPN, IPSEC architectures Network Access Control (NAC): Cisco ISE and similar AAA-based solutions Cloud Security: Hands-on experience with Netskope (especially DLP, SWG), Zscaler (ZPA,ZIA) Monitoring Tools and Integration Services

Certifications (can be adapted as needed)

  • ICS/OT certifications: GIAC preferred
  • Network: CCIE, CCNP, CCNA
  • Firewall: Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, Fortinet, Checkpoint
  • Cloud Security: Netskope, Zscaler
  • NAC: Cisco ISE, Forescout, Aruba ClearPass, FortiNAC
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Segmentation: Illumio, Appgate, VMware NSX, Cisco ACI

Scope of the Role

You will be focusing on network security initiatives. This role involves supporting our clients in designing and implementing secure network architectures, including Zero Trust, SASE/SSE, and network segmentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and securing enterprise-grade network and security technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and cloud security solutions from vendors
