As an Associate Identity & Access Management- Cybersecurity, you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients. Your work will involve designing and implementing strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities within our Cybersecurity practice. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will learn to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing secure access management strategies to protect sensitive information
- Managing user identities and access rights using Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
- Developing systems for identity verification and authorization compliance
- Utilizing encryption technologies and identity-based encryption to safeguard data
- Collaborating with teams to enhance cybersecurity measures and address vulnerabilities
- Applying IT governance and risk management practices to maintain system integrity
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and implementing solutions to mitigate risks
- Creating technical documentation for identity and access management processes
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to improve team collaboration
- Building commercial awareness and understanding business operations to drive value for clients

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
