They play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth.

Those in artificial intelligence and machine learning at PwC will focus on developing and implementing advanced AI and ML solutions to drive innovation and enhance business processes. Your work will involve designing and optimising algorithms, models, and systems to enable intelligent decision-making and automation.

工作內容：

• 研究並開發 大型語言模型（LLM） 技術，進行模型微調與效能優化。

• 設計與實作 AI Agent 系統，整合多模態資料與工具鏈。

• 參與 自有AI產品開發，負責功能實現。

• 擔任後端開發角色，撰寫 API、資料處理流程，並進行系統整合。

• 與跨部門合作，將 AI 技術落地至實際業務場景。

• 持續追蹤 AI/ML 技術趨勢，提出創新解決方案。

​必要條件：

• 精通 Python，熟悉物件導向程式設計。

• 具備 LLM / NLP / AI Agent 開發經驗。

• 熟悉 LangChain 或其他 LLM 應用框架。

• 具備 深度學習框架經驗（PyTorch、TensorFlow）。

• 具備 後端開發經驗，熟悉 RESTful API、資料庫（SQL/NoSQL）、雲端服務（AWS/Azure/GCP）。

• 良好的問題解決能力與團隊合作精神。

加分條件：

• 有多模態 AI 或 強化學習專案經驗。

• 熟悉 MLOps、模型部署與監控。

• 具備 產品開發經驗，能從零到一打造 AI 應用。

• 熟悉 Docker / Kubernetes 等容器化技術。

• 英文技術文件閱讀與撰寫能力佳。

• 具製造業、流通業背景經驗者佳。
