Senior Planning Engineer

Experience: 5-7years

• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules covering all construction activities.
• Develop baseline schedules and update them regularly based on actual site progress.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
• Coordinate with project, site, MEP, procurement, design, and execution teams for timely completion of activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
• Identify the critical path and highlight activities that may impact project timelines.
• Conduct regular progress review meetings and maintain MOM and action trackers.
• Monitor manpower, material, and resource requirements in line with project schedules.
• Review actual progress, productivity, and planned quantities to identify variances.
• Maintain proper planning documentation and project records.
• Support management in forecasting project completion dates and key milestones.
• Ensure planning activities are aligned with project objectives, contractual requirements, and approved timelines.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning and project scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
