Job Description – Graphic Designer (Real Estate)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality marketing materials for real estate projects, including:
  • Brochures, flyers, leaflets, and project presentations
  • Hoardings, newspaper advertisements, and outdoor branding
  • Social media creatives, banners, and digital campaigns
  • Emailers, WhatsApp creatives, and website graphics
  • Event branding and promotional materials
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Create visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and project positioning.
• Develop innovative concepts, layouts, and visual assets for project launches, festive campaigns, and lead generation activities.
• Edit and retouch images, create infographics, and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • CorelDRAW (preferred)
  • Canva
  • Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (basic knowledge preferred)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
• Experience in designing both print and digital marketing collateral.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual communication.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience working with real estate developers, construction companies, or real estate marketing agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate campaign creatives and branding work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
