You will be a part of the core team that redefines how a product should be sold at Pure Storage! You will develop and deliver software product(s) and APIs to help differentiate Pure from our competitors.
What You’ll Do
- Understand and implement software development/engineering lifecycle concepts to drive features from conception to delivery based on product roadmap.
- Software analysis, code analysis, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
- Develop REST APIs, work on integrations with Salesforce, Okta and partners platforms.
- Take pride in software quality through rigorous functional testing and writing automated unit tests.
- Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.
- Post-delivery - assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional, hands-on software development experience with proficiency in microservices in the AWS environment.
- RESTful API design and development experience in Javascript/Typescript and Java on cloud platforms.
- Web UI development experience using React.
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix, Docker , CloudFront, AWS Lambda and Api Gateway.
- Familiarity with AWS technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, Dynamodb, EKS, Kibana and Grafana
- Automated test driven development with unit and integration tests.
- Good understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with CI/CD including Argos and Spinnaker is a plus.
- Experience with Quote to Cash process is a plus
