Role Overview
If you’re looking to gain extensive knowledge of the healthcare marketing technology space, this would be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Lead Account Manager (Signal), you will get to be part of the team that’s building an omnichannel analytics platform and contributing to the future of healthcare digital insights. You will also have the opportunity to help shape the team and oversee a portion of the Account Management team and upskill on coaching and mentorship by providing management support to the Account Director.

What you’ll be doing: 
  • Oversee a portion of the AM team while handling a dedicated book of business using a SAAS model for Omnichannel analytics solution (HCP365). 
  • Assist with team related projects and tasks, providing management support for the Account Director.
  • Oversee Salesforce management, account planning, client stewardship, relationship management, sales cycles, and revenue projections.
  • Address client data inquiries, support sales efforts, and become a platform expert.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships through exceptional service.
  • Act as the primary contact for all post-sale client needs, including kick-off calls, asset collection, KPI discussions, meetings, recommendations, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Client Analysts and Product Leads to offer actionable insights and recommendations aligned with client needs and KPIs.
  • Work with Client Solutions for successful client onboarding and troubleshooting.
  • Support client calls and business reviews, focusing on product insights, innovations, and growth strategies.
  • Coordinate billing with clients, Finance, and Sales Operations, including pipeline management, SF dashboard creation, report generation for Sales, and eventual responsibility for renewals, churn management, and month-end reporting.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and services to enhance upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
  • BA/BS degree in Business (Advertising/Marketing/Economics) or similar education preferred
  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in a client facing Account Management, Customer Success (SaaS/Tech preferred); 1-2 years of coaching / mentorship experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in Excel and Google Sheets and have experience working with data tools, presenting charts and graphs; Microsoft and Google office experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn different tools quickly

Target salary range: $100-105k base + 10-14k target annual bonus based on company and individual performance + an incentive plan that offers the ability to earn up to $30K annually paid out on a quarterly basis, structured based on a few factors tied to the revenue goal and book of business in your pod
