Commitment: 32–40 hours/week

Project & Role Overview
Beyond Sports is looking for an experienced Freelance Unity Developer to join us on a project basis. We create innovative digital sports experiences by blending real-world sports data with dynamic interactive technology, powering live match visualizations, broadcast overlays, and next-generation metaverse content.
We need a self-driven developer who can hit the ground running, write clean C# code, solve complex technical challenges, and help bring high-performance 3D interactive applications to life.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
Core Development: Write clean, scalable, and well-documented C# code in Unity3D for dynamic interactive features.
Data Integration: Implement and optimize real-time sports data feeds into interactive 3D visualizations.
Performance Optimisation: Debug, profile, and solve complex architectural and performance challenges.
Collaboration: Partner with our internal team of developers, designers, and artists to deliver project milestones on schedule.
Requirements & Qualifications
3+ years of professional Unity3D (C#) development experience.
Proven track record of delivering clean, maintainable, and scalable project architecture.
Strong debugging skills and experience integrating dynamic external data.
Solid experience with Git version control.
Valid freelance registration / registered business status is required.
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or Agile workflows.
Experience with asynchronous programming.
