Android Developer - Contract

As an Android Developer, you will have the opportunity to build and lead solutions that engage millions of sports fans worldwide. Working with a wide range of data sources and frontend technologies, building custom UI experiences for sports fans. At Pulselive, we pride ourselves in providing a collaborative environment that ensures we produce leading products across web and native applications.

• Contractor 

• Daily rate: 120,000 HUF - 160,000 HUF

• 3 Month Contract (Immediate Start)

Responsibilities

• Managing code releases to internal environments (Dev, Test)

• Producing code to a high standard that not only functions correctly but can be understood and extended by other members of the team

• Showing good attention to detail in the final product, taking care and pride in what is produced, ensuring others do the same

• Communicating clearly to ensure the best possible solutions are built

Skills

Expert knowledge of

• Object Oriented Programming

• Designing and architecting Android applications

• Reactive and functional programming (Rx, Coroutines, Flow etc.)

• Web service integration (REST, JSON etc.)

• GIT usage and code management

• Integrating with and using third party libraries/applications (e.g. video providers)

• Documenting Android solutions and code

Competent with

• Task/ticket management tools such as JIRA

• Persistent storage solutions

• CI/CD Solutions

• Kotlin Multiplatform

• Jetpack Compose

• Writing unit tests

Understanding of

• HTML, CSS

• Javascript

• Java for Android
