Your Role
You will lead the Software Development teams for ALM R&D in Pune. Manage and coordinate multiple scrum teams across several products.Work with ALM R&D teams across geography to ensure product delivery timelines and quality expectations are met.Manage a broad portfolio of product and technology across the segment Define, implement, and optimize development processes that facilitate both internal and cross-functional collaboration as well as productivity improvement. Manage application/software development to deliver technology prototypes and research projects in support of business assessment and prioritization
Job Description
- Manage, monitor and deliver Software releases as planned for all ALM products being worked in Pune geography
- Effectively collaborate with stakeholders and partners spread globally to ensure seamless communication flow and messaging is achieved
- Provide support to the development teams on any roadblocks they face and support with Risk management
- Create module level decompositions of planned features, and lead the high-level design of the more complex modules
- Help colleagues decompose complex problems into a set of simpler ones and help evaluate design alternatives
- Help design efficient algorithms for implementing key features
- Profile modules for performance, and lead the improvement of the performance and scalability of the product
- Develop a broad understanding of PTCs products with particular emphasis on those products that inter-operate with products for which one has primary responsibility
- Work with Product Management to understand all requirements for a specific solution or product Work with Technical Support and Global Services to understand specific customer issues
