The role will establish a forward-looking portfolio or programme, led by a professional who is passionate about technology initiatives and aligning with PHKL/PGHK strategic KPIs.

This role will also transform business and technology needs into a prioritised, visible, and actionable IT portfolio across teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage IT demand intake, prioritisation, and portfolio roadmap across PHKL/PGHK technology initiatives.

• Coordinate related initiatives, dependencies, milestones, risks, and issues to deliver business outcomes.

• Support Scrum Master, and Agile PM assignment based on complexity, priority, and delivery approach.

• Maintain delivery practices, templates, tools, and reporting standards for Agile, waterfall, and hybrid initiatives.

• Track conformance checkpoints, evidence, exceptions, and delivery quality across initiatives.

• Provide executive portfolio reporting, insights, risks, capacity constraints, and decision points.

• Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, Product Owners, IT leads, and specialist teams to resolve delivery issues.
