PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and developments.

• Assist in product information verification, data validation, and quality checks.

• Support Product Managers throughout the product development process, including:
  - Preparation of documents and presentation materials
  - Review of product-related materials
  - Translation of content
  - Product benchmarking and comparison
  - Other product development and administrative tasks as assigned

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Good command of English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
