Position Summary / 職位說明

• Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery across the enterprise, ensuring scalable, dependable, and compliant implementation.
• Function as the bridge between business, data, and engineering teams to productionize AI use cases.
• Build the AI capabilities through standardized platforms, engineering practices, and reusable components.
• 負責端到端AI解決方案交付，確保穩定、可擴展及符合法規要求。
• 作為業務、數據與工程團隊之橋樑，專注推動AI應用落地。
• 推動AI能力平台化與標準化，建立工程框架與可重覆使用元件。

Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

• Lead AI engineering team to deliver AI/ML/GenAI solutions from ideation to production.
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps, including model lifecycle, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Drive GenAI solutions including LLM, RAG, copilots, and AI agents.
• Ensure design and development compliant with AI governance and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate business, data, and IT teams for solution delivery.
• Lead AI engineering team, manage AI delivery timeline, risks, and resource allocation.

• 帶領AI工程團隊，負責AI/ML/GenAI從規劃到上線之完整生命周期。
• 建立MLOps與LLMOps機制，包含模型生命週期、CI/CD與監控。
• 推動LLM、RAG、Copilot與AI Agent應用開發。
• 確保設計與開發符合AI治理與法規要求。
• 跨部門協調業務、資料與IT團隊，專注推動AI方案落地。
• 領導AI工程團隊，管理AI專案時程、風險與資源。

Key Requirements / 資格要求

• 10+ years experience in AI/data/engineering roles with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge in ML, data pipelines and MLOps
• Hands-on MLOps, LLMOps, RAG and AI agents experience.
• Experience leading complex AI project delivery & understanding of AI governance and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management

• 具備10年以上AI或數據相關經驗，並具主管經驗。
• 熟悉機器學習與資料流程及MLOps
• 具MLOps、LLMOps、RAG與AI Agents實務經驗。
• 具備大型AI專案交付經驗並熟悉AI治理與合規要求。
• 具備優秀領導與溝通能力。
