Facilities Engineer
Location: Seattle, WA, United States
Performs a wide variety of work requiring a variety of skills and abilities including but not limited to electricity, electronics, sheet metal work, welding, mechanics, machine shop work, hydraulics, plumbing, painting, ventilation work, carpentry, plastering, concrete and masonry work, ceiling installation, floor installation and motors.

- Coursework/Training: Must have successfully completed at least one formal specialized, related training course
- 2 years of experience in equipment inspection, testing, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of all required systems and equipment
- A background in the use of common and sophisticated tools and systems

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
