Job Description

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Administer and maintain RMM platforms such as VSA, Datto RMM and NinjaOne

· Configure and manage monitoring policies, alert thresholds, and automated remediation workflows

· Develop, test, and maintain PowerShell and automation scripts for endpoint management

· Manage Windows and third-party patch deployment, compliance, and reporting

· Monitor endpoint health, agent status, and system performance across managed environments

· Troubleshoot RMM agent issues, patch failures, automation failures, and monitoring gaps

· Configure and optimize alerting to reduce false positives and alert fatigue

· Provide software deployment, uninstallations, and remote remediation activities

· Maintain asset inventory, custom fields, and endpoint documentation within the RMM platform

· Integrate RMM tools with PSA, documentation, and security platforms where applicable

· Support endpoint security operations including AV, EDR, BitLocker, and vulnerability remediation

· Generate operational reports related to patching, compliance, automation, and endpoint health

· Create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and automation standards

· Collaborate with NOC, Service Desk, and Engineering teams for issue resolution and process improvement

· Ensure adherence to security standards, maintenance windows, and operational best practices

· Assist in onboarding new clients, devices, and monitoring standards into the RMM platform

· Participate in after-hours maintenance activities and emergency troubleshooting when required

· Continuously identify opportunities for automation and operational optimization

ELIGIBILITY

· Any technical graduate

· Excellent communication skills

· Flexible working in shifts

· Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in Automation and RMM (PowerShell)

REQUIRED SKILL SET

· Experience with server-side scripting automation

· RMM Administration experience (Managing, onboarding and maintaining compliance )

· Scripting in either PowerShell, bash, or python environments

BENEFICIAL SKILL SET

· MSP Experience

· Experience with scripting and technologies

· Experience with security solutions

· Experience with API based scripting
