You won’t just observe—you’ll contribute. From improving processes on the shop floor to helping develop winning customer proposals, you’ll see how engineering decisions impact the business every day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase capacity and efficiency
- Utilize CAD (SolidWorks) and GD&T to support production and quoting
- Assist with cost analysis and estimating improvements
- Support Quality initiatives to ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical challenges
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
