We are looking for a Physical Design Application Managerto join a global team of Application Engineers that own a technical success and customer satisfaction across multiple high-impact projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s OR Master’s in electronics/computer engineering 
• 10+ years of experience in RTL2GDS/implementation flow & has taped out designs in advanced processes
• 3+ years of experience in a leading/ management role
• Knowledge of Cadence and/or Synopsys tools 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience in signoff STA/LVS/DRC flows of advanced processes – Advantage 
• English proficiency essential
• Has customer interfacing experience (AE) – Advantage 

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to run full RTL to GDS flow for multiple IP blocks
• Help on flow development/automation and resource planning for overall implementation/signoff activities
• Provide close support to customers and deploy our technology across multiple projects
• Provide training to customers on our tools and present our technology 
• Ability to plan, prioritize tasks/issues and take them to full resolution
