Property Graph Data Analyst

The Property Finder Location Tree is one of the company's most important data assets. It powers property search, maps, transactions, market insights and many of our internal products across all markets. As a Property Graph Data Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of the Location Tree through data validation, enrichment and execution of location data improvement initiatives. Working with Product, Data Engineering and Data Science teams, you will ensure our location data remains accurate, complete and aligned with trusted external sources. Your work will directly improve search quality, transaction accuracy and the overall experience of millions of Property Finder users.

1. Own the Integrity of the Property Finder Location Tree
Act as the primary owner of the Location Tree as a core business asset powering search, maps, transactions, and market insights. Uphold governance rules, naming conventions, and data standards across all markets. Review, validate, and approve all proposed changes before publication. Ensure hierarchies, relationships, and metadata are structurally correct and aligned with official administrative frameworks. Safeguard consistency and quality across Bahrain, Egypt, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and emerging markets.

2. Govern and Enrich Location Data Using Authoritative Sources
Lead the validation of PF locations against official datasets (e.g., DLD, municipal authorities). Strengthen accuracy through cross-verification with trusted third-party sources such as 2GIS and Google Maps. Detect and resolve discrepancies, missing locations, and incorrect mappings with precision. Drive continuous enrichment to expand coverage, improve granularity, and enhance search relevance. Ensure PF’s location data remains the most trusted and authoritative in the region.

3. Lead Large-Scale Data Quality Operations
Own the operational roadmap for improving location data across existing and new markets. Set the standards and review processes for bulk validation and quality assurance exercises. Lead country-wide initiatives to align the Location Tree with official government administrative structures, including new-market builds. Oversee location migration, restructuring, and data improvement projects from planning through execution. Hold the team accountable for accuracy, consistency, and timelines, and escalate risks proactively.

4. Define and track health metrics for the Location Tree(coverage, mapping confidence, structural integrity) and report progress
Partner closely with Product, Data Engineering, and Data Science leads to align the Property Graph roadmap with broader company priorities.
